Use the site lawfully and do not try to access restricted systems, forms, or data.
Do not attempt to scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the website or its forms.
Do not upload harmful code, spam, or misleading information.

Content and intellectual property

All text, visuals, logos, and layouts on the site belong to Saarthi or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
You may view and share public pages for normal business evaluation, but you may not copy or republish them without permission.

Enquiries and demos

If you submit a demo request or contact form, you agree that we may use the details you provide to respond to you.
Submitting a form does not create a binding commercial agreement.

Disclaimers

The website is provided on an 'as is' basis for information and marketing purposes.
We try to keep public information accurate, but features, pricing, and timelines may change.
Any product commitments must be written into a signed school contract or order form.

India governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law.
Any dispute relating to the public website should be brought in the courts or venue selected by Saarthi in the final published version.

Separate product terms

The school admin portal and parent app are separate products with their own privacy policy, terms, DPA, and operational rules. The public site does not override those documents.
