Saarthi is a parent-first school operations platform for Indian schools — live bus tracking, attendance, fees, academics and school communication in one place. It exists because a school morning shouldn't run on WhatsApp groups, missed calls and paper registers, and a parent shouldn't have to chase the office to know their child is safe.
Why we built Saarthi
Most schools run their day across a dozen disconnected channels — one thread per bus route, attendance on paper, fee reminders over calls, circulars in notebooks. The school office ends up answering the same questions all morning, and parents wait for information that should already be on their phone.
Saarthi brings the whole day into one shared, live system. The school office sees the same truth the parent sees: the bus is here, attendance is marked, the receipt is paid, the diary entry is out. Fewer calls for the office, fewer worries for parents, and a record the school can actually trust.
